Of course, when customers switch through us, we earn commission from the supplier. That’s how our service is funded - and we believe being open about that matters.
But our focus has never been about pushing a switch for the sake of it. If the right advice is to stay where you are, wait a little longer, switch directly with a supplier, or even go elsewhere entirely - we’ll say so.
Because for us, long-term trust matters more than a short-term sale.
